An initial fee of $100.00 is due at the time of enrollment to secure a spot for your child.
Tuition is paid on a weekly basis and is due the Monday of the actual week being serviced. Please remember that your tuition will be charged even if your child is absent from the school.
Once a check is returned to us by the bank it is your responsibility to submit a replacement check. Checks will NOT be re-deposited. A $25.00 returned check fee will be charged to your child’s account. After a 2nd returned check, cash deposits or money orders will be required.
There is a 10% discount for families with two or more FULL-TIME children. The 10% will be deducted from the tuition of the child with the lower cost. There is also a discount to families from SJU and St. John’s Church who attend full-time and part time.
Scheduled tuition payments are due regardless of the actual number of days your child has attended each week.
Each child is entitled to a one (1) week vacation period each year. There will be no charge for this week.
The School closes promptly at 6:00 PM daily. Parents/Guardians must arrive at the School, pick up their child, collect all the child’s belongings and exit the building by 6:00 PM sharp. If you should have an unexpected emergency and will be unable to pick your child up by 6:00 PM, you must call the School in advance. A teacher will remain with your child until you arrive; however, a late fee of $25.00 for each 1 to 15 minute period after 6:00 PM will be charged for late pick-ups/departures. For example, late arrivals which depart between 6:01 PM and 6:15 PM will be charged $25.00. Late arrivals which depart between 6:16 PM and 6:30 PM will be charged $50.00. Late arrivals which depart between 6:31 PM and 6:45 PM will be charged $75.00, etc.
The School participates in the Pennsylvania Subsidized Child Care Program that is run by the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) through Child Care Information Services (CCIS). The subsidized program is to help families of low-income to obtain affordable, accessible, quality child care and to obtain funding. All eligible families must be pre-approved before enrollment. The School accepts recipients from The Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP). This scholarship is awarded to low-income families who reside in the city of Philadelphia through a need-based lottery. Please click HERE to learn more.
